Leigh Brewer Aerobic DanceThe original Aerobic Dance Programme was introduced in Manhattan House for Theatre Arts in 1983 and has been enjoyed by hundreds of students. This dance fitness programme will help improve your flexibility, muscular and aerobic fitness. It combines the benefits of jogging with the fun and vitality of dance which strengthens and exercises the whole body. A current New Zealand study* with women over 40 years has found that the benefits of exercise contribute to reducing heart and lung desease, diabetes and some cancers. Leigh's programme shows you how to warm up and cool down. How to enjoy different music tempos and enjoy choreographed routines.
