Leigh Brewer’s Aerobic Dance Programme.

Classes commence with a pilates warm up. The heart rate is then steadily increased during the aerobic conditioning which includes easy to learn routines choreographed to great music.

An hour of fun improves your balance and coordination and puts a smile in your step.

Classes conclude with a warm down dance to smooth music and muscle toners, stretches and a cool down lowers the heart rate to normal before class finishes.

The allure of this specialised Aerobic Dance is twofold: while the heart progresses to a healthier, stronger state, confidence is heightened for creative self-expression.

Classes are conducted in Wellington City and Hutt City. Classes are 60 minutes in duration and the programme requires you to enrol in two classes per week to get the full benefit of the aerobic workout. Classes are $12 per class and you are personally booked into two classes per week for 12 weeks. Download Registration Form
