Exhibitions

Leigh Brewer has held and curated exhibitions in her own gallery ‘Galerie de Brewer’ as well as solo events or occasionally with an invited guest artist. Her Wellington exhibitions include ‘Cousin Cousin’ with cousin Sir Jon Trimmer at Queen's Wharf Events Centre and others held at Price Waterhouse Gallery, St James Theatre, Viva, Te Whaea National School of Dance and Drama, NZ Academy of Fine Arts, Te Papa National Museum of New Zealand Shop and most recently ‘Share our Passions’ at Readings Complex, Courtenay Place. Leigh has also exhibited at the Maidment Theatre, Auckland, Lindale Art Gallery, Paraparaumu, and National Park Gallery.

During the Wellington International Festival of Arts she was one of a few selected to share the Academy Show featuring noted Singaporean Ceramic Artist Jamin Jallil. The Academy also invited her to present four works for a “Going Solo” Exhibition in 2003.
